Cancellation Policy
Clients are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of appointments if a cancellation or rescheduling request is made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours notice, more than once, for the same session/appointment, the client forfeits that session/appointment and will not be entitled to a refund or further rescheduling for that specific session/appointment. In the event that Apidae Relocations LTD cancels or reschedules a visit with less than 24 hours' notice, the client is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the session/appointment.
