Photos: We provide high-quality images highlighting key details, particularly regarding the condition of the flat. Decibel Readings: We take sound measurements both inside the property and outside to give you an understanding of the local soundscape. Room Measurements: If a floor plan is not provided, we take approximate measurements during the tour upon your request to give you a better sense of the space and layout. Neighborhood Overview: Gain valuable insights into the local area, including amenities, transport links, and the overall community vibe, helping you feel at home even before you move. At Apidae Relocations, we prioritize privacy and uphold equity, so we refrain from reporting on neighbors' personal details, including family size, ages, ethnicity, or other social demographics.
