With our flat viewings you can expect a comprehensive, in-person walk-through that captures the feel, and condition of your potential new home in Edinburgh. Our flat viewing service includes: Video Recording - Receive a detailed video tour that explores every nook and corner, showing you what lies behind every door and the views from each window. Notes - As your eyes, nose, and ears on the ground we'll provide detailed notes of our impressions of the flats we visit. We'll highlight aspects of the flat that are important to you while also raising if there are any potential issues that might not make it a good fit as your next home. We'll also share anything we learn that might make your application stronger. Decibel Readings - When requested we can take sound measurements both inside the property and outside to give you an understanding of the local soundscape. Room Measurements - If a floor plan is not provided, we can take approximate measurements during the tour upon your request to give you a better sense of the space and layout. Our flat viewings are designed to provide you with insights into your possible new home that can't be determined from listing photos, and meet the in-person viewing requirement before being able to apply on a flat. Scheduling an Individual Flat Viewing gives you flexibility when you need it. At Apidae Relocations, we prioritise privacy and uphold equity, so we refrain from reporting on neighbours' personal details, including family size, ages, ethnicity, or other social demographics. Please note: Many property managers allocate about 5 minutes per person for a private flat tour. Some tours may include groups of up to 10 people. Our normal service area is inside the A720. We can sometimes support viewings outside of that area but will need to add a transportation surcharge.
